Skills:

Strengthening — One of the only few magecraft that Taichi is able to use. He's very well versed in it and can use this to strengthen his arm and leg strength to its maximum output. Eyesight can also be strengthened using this magic. He's also able to use this to "see" the inner composition of objects and figure out what exactly is wrong with them.

Pro-wrestling — Being a true pro-wrestling otaku, he has practiced this on his only male friend, Aoki. He's rather good at it, to the point where he could probably become one himself. (Note: His pro-wrestling style varies, but in actual combat, it's probably very similar to Luvia Edelfelt's style of fighting as seen in Unlimited Codes.)

Gandr — Literally the only other magic he's able to use. He's not good at using gandr shots as a standalone thing, instead combining it with his pro-wrestling.

Relationships (NPCs):

Family — Taichi is very close to his family and they trust him greatly. Since the Yaegashi family is an independent magus family with absolutely no ties to the Association, they've been living in secret as normal people for decades, considering that the line was bound to die out eventually, considering that Taichi has no plans on massing down the Magic Crest to his offspring. When they found out that Taichi was to be a Master for the Fifth Holy Grail War, his parents gave him the catalyst to summon Assassin before leaving the country, bringing Rina, his younger sister by three years, with them.

Friends — Taichi is in a club called the "Student Cultural Society" with four other students who are uninvolved with the war. He's rather close to his friends, and they joke around a lot. His girlfriend is also a part of this club, but she does not know of Taichi's status as a magus. Other than them, Taichi has some friends here and there that he manages to get since he has helped out a lot with volunteer work and other things people would normally not want to do, as is his nature.

Girlfriend (Himeko Inaba) — Gets along rather well with her, though tends to ignore her during the War in order to protect her. He's been dating her for about two and a half years now, and many people consider them as the "A Couple" at the school he goes to. He is sometimes rather awkward when it comes to talking about his relationship, though, since it's a pretty strange one.

Others — Generally gets along with almost everyone; he does not wish to make enemies with anyone in general, so he's pretty friendly.

About Taichi:

Taichi Yaegashi was born the oldest son of the Yeagashi family, a family who is considered a part of an independent magus group - similar to Kiritsugu or Shirou - and is completely out of sight from the Association or the church. For eighteen years, Taichi has stayed out of sight as a magus; the only time he uses his abilities are at night, when he trains his magic or when he's using it secretly to help others.

His parents insisted many times that he should live his life normally since they didn't want to go through strife or get into any trouble with the Association, but Taichi said no, that he wanted to help people with their troubles. They soon gave up and started to teach him magic on one condition: that he would not be given a Magic Crest and that he would have to learn most things on his own. The only thing that his family actually taught him to do properly was the gandr, as he managed to teach himself any other magecraft on his own from the books in the basement.

The only magic he managed to get properly, however, was strengthening.

Years passed, and Taichi managed to get into high school. He had a lot of fun as he joined a random club and made friends, and eventually, a girlfriend. But soon enough, the signs of being a Master showed up on him, and when his parents found out, they panicked, because the Holy Grail War was a dangerous ting to be in. But Taichi insisted that he would become a Master.

Not for himself, but to stop people from being killed.

Because people die when they are killed.
